I. Financial Terms and Compensation Model
Fee Coverage
The fixed fee structure covers:
- Placement and management of the campaign
- Professional content writing and design
- Engagement monitoring per package specifications
- Performance analytics and reporting
- Strategic consultation within the scope of the selected package
Sales achieved by the Client are independent of this fee structure.
Available Packages
Package 1 - Basic Post: $74 USD per post
Package 2 - Enhanced Post: $98 USD per post
Package 3 - Premium Promotion: $134 USD per package
Payment Terms
- Fixed fees are due at the beginning of the service period
- Payment must be completed before campaign scheduling begins
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been scheduled or published
Currency
All fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
II. Content Submission and Approval
Strict timelines for content submission and limits on revisions are necessary to maintain professional standards and prevent operational disruption.
Content Lead Time
The Client must submit all content required for the campaign at least ten (10) business days prior to the intended publication date. Required materials include:
- Course/service title and description
- Target audience information
- Key benefits and features
- Registration or landing page links
- Any specific branding assets or logos
- Preferred publication dates
Approval Process
The Client will have a defined window of 48 hours to review and approve the finalized design and copy prepared by Kaizen Made Easy.
Revision Limits
Once content is approved and scheduled, subsequent revisions are subject to the following limitations:
- Minor text edits: Up to 2 revisions allowed at no additional charge
- Design changes: 1 revision allowed at no additional charge
- Major content overhauls: Subject to additional fees and rescheduling
- Post-publication changes: Not permitted
Client Adherence
The Client must adhere to the agreed-upon deadlines for material submission and approvals. Failure to meet submission deadlines may result in postponement of the campaign to the next available slot.
III. Scheduling and Execution Timelines
Post Frequency and Timing
To ensure optimal post performance and reach, Kaizen Made Easy maintains specific scheduling protocols:
- Minimum gap between promotional posts: Approximately twelve (12) hours between consecutive posts published on the same day
- Reason: Posts published too close together can negatively affect performance and reach
- Weekly capacity: Limited slots available each week to maintain content quality and audience engagement
Campaign Timeline
Clients will be contacted within two (2) business days of payment confirmation to arrange post scheduling and finalize campaign details.
IV. Communication and Reporting
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Response time: Within 48 business hours for all inquiries
- Weekend/Holiday responses: May experience delays; non-urgent matters will be addressed on the next business day
- Emergency contact: Available only for critical technical issues affecting live campaigns
Expected Results
While Kaizen Made Easy cannot guarantee specific registration numbers, typical outcomes include targeted registrations per campaign depending on offer fit and timing. Results vary based on product/service pricing, audience fit, market timing, and the Client's offer quality.
V. Client Responsibilities
Content Accuracy
The Client is solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of all information provided
- Compliance with advertising regulations in their jurisdiction
- Validity of registration links and landing pages
- Customer service and fulfillment of promoted offerings
- Honoring any promotional pricing or offers advertised
Professional Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain professional communication standards. Aggressive, disrespectful, or unreasonable communication may result in termination of the agreement with no refund.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights
The Client retains full ownership of all submitted materials, content, and branding assets. Kaizen Made Easy retains ownership of developed promotional strategies, marketing processes, and the Kaizen Made Easy™ brand.
VII. Limitation of Liability
Kaizen Made Easy provides professional promotion services but cannot guarantee specific numbers of registrations, engagement rates, or ROI outcomes. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the Client for the specific campaign in question.
VIII. Termination and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Before content approval: Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
- After content approval but before publication: 50% refund
- After publication: No refund
